Parent Night Rescheduled Due to Weather
Rosa Parks Parents,

Due to the weather this week we are postponing Dr. Connie Hebert's Parent Night (originally scheduled for tomorrow night) until Wednesday April 22.  Thanks to Dr. Hebert for finding time in her busy schedule to come back to Rosa Parks and meet with our parents.  Please look for more information to come home about this night in the coming weeks.  For those parents who responded with an RSVP for tomorrow THANK YOU!  We will include your RSVP for the postponement date of April 22 instead.  If you have placed an RSVP and are unable to join us on April 22, please let us know by calling 703-580-9665.  For parents who did not RSVP for this event, you now have a few more weeks to plan to attend!

Thank you for your patience as weather related cancelations and postponements have occurred this winter.

Rosa Parks Staff
School Success Is Sweet

On February 13th, over 230 Honor Roll students (Grades 3-5) enjoyed a pancake breakfast at Rosa Parks.  As the Honor Rollers were served by their teachers and administrators, they enjoyed the sweet success of their hard work in school from their second quarter performance!  Keep up the great work Golden Eagles!

With All Our Heart

On February 6th, Rosa Parks Staff wore their "Red Life" shirts to kick off our Jump Rope for Heart Drive for the American Heart Association.  Lots of love for the American Heart Association!

Are you ready for the weather?
